Project Management

Once a contractor has been approved following the tender process, a pre-contract meeting will be held between RHA, the client and the contractor to finalise any details and arrange an order to be placed for the works.

RHA would then act on behalf of the client within a Project Management capacity, identifying CDM requirements, providing technical advice throughout the installation, attending project meetings and certifying contract payments.

Once the installation is complete and, RHA would then undertake the commissioning and testing of all aspects of the system for which a full report would be produced. At this point, assuming everything is in place, a certificate of practical completion would be issued.

Once any outstanding snagging issues have been resolved, RHA would then oversee any necessary training, approve training manuals and hand over the system, upon which a final completion certificate would be issued.
